My Timmy theory is that much of the internet would ignore or forgive many of the factors contributing to his overexposure if he shaved off that little mustache and regrew his luscious locks.
On the A24 point, I work in mergers and two years ago i worked on a deal for a sale of a network that was lets say, really good at making trash television. I was actually really shocked that A24 was one of the interested bidders. They are not interested in being indie darlings anymore.
BUUUT Lainey, usually when the analysis is thought out, the natural outcome ends up being that you’re correct so I’d argue it goes hand in hand. Somebody who is correct about a story always has spot on analysis. I also think you’re seeing the verified tab in the wrong way. Not purely about ego but its also about people just enjoying the retracing of easter eggs. In this case, retracing your celebrity analysis to see how it got you the right answer 😉 I actually think thats why Taylor Swift and even true crime content has so many viewers. Audiences always LOVE retracing the steps and piecing the puzzle to see the final conclusion of how you got there . Anyway if u dont like it no worries but just a thought😉 Some major news outlets are doing some version of this too and its not purely ego driven💅🏼

Dating Kylie did a NUMBER on em but Timmy is Timmy is Timmy. Forever he will be a real movie star. I dont care what the haters say 🤲🏻🙌😍❤️We have to hold onto his stardom until I’m 65 or else who the fuck am I gonna have an opportunity to brag about/ look forward to watching
I think the Timmy backlash is super dependant on your age. If you are in your late 20s/early 30s and came up during the King Kylie era - Timmy and Kylie are royalty.
