They’re continually displaying that they are not tracking their audience’s behaviours, and if a brand refused to do that, well then they lose relevance. Why is the RF choosing to be so ignorant?! Like you said, for a brand/family whose mere existence depends on relevance, it’s a disgrace and it’s as if they are purposely trying to implode.
